Latino/a Educational Achievement Project — Statewide
The Latino/a Educational Achievement Project (LEAP) is a statewide effort to improve academic achievement of Latino students in Washington state. Current activities include an annual conference, student leadership and service-learning program, and advocacy training.

In 2011, a student leadership and service-learning program known as the Peer Leaders and Ambassadors, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, was developed to involve students in college awareness and readiness activities, leadership, civic engagement, and community service.
