Welcome to Sea Mar CHC – Olympia Medical Clinic, Community Youth Services Campus.

We provide primary care and acute medical care for at-risk homeless youth ages 12-21 in our community.  We provide services on a walk-in basis to those who are established program participants of the Community Youth Services Program.

In addition to the regular clinic hours for our established clients, an on-call provider is available for phone consultation 24-hours per day, 7-days per week.  A 24-hour nurse advice line also is available for clients who need advice or consultation.
