Program Description:
The goal of Sea Mar’s Home Care program is to maintain independent living for people with physical and mental health issues that prevent them caring for them selves.
For individuals receiving Medicaid/DSHS assistance, COPES Home Care services may be provided at no cost to the individual. Eligibility is determined on an individual basis.
Services may be purchased on a private pay basis at the rate of $17.38 per hour. (Cost subject to change.)

Hours of Operation:
- Office: Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm.
- Home Care Visits: Monday-Sunday (24hours)
