Sea Mar is proud of its policy to provide services to all, regardless of ability to pay. Sea Mar’s comprehensive services are available in nine counties in Washington State, serving more than 147,000 individuals annually. In 2010, more than 90 percent of Sea Mar clients had incomes below the federal poverty level.
