- Our staff would be delighted to send your invitation today! Ready to get started? At your next visit we will verify your identification and send you an email invitation. The email will contain a link to activate your Online Health Record through Follow My Health. Keep an eye out for your personal invitation from "noreply@FollowMyHealth.com."
