Bridget Gibbons joined Sea Mar Seattle Behavioral Health Center in September 2019 as a mental health therapist. Prior to joining Sea Mar, Bridget received her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from the University of Montana in Missoula. After gaining more experience as a helping professional in her community, she returned to the University of Montana to complete her Master of Arts in Counselor Education. Bridget is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) as designated by the NBCC, and a member of the American Counseling Association.

Bridget enjoys helping folks from diverse backgrounds pursue their life and wellness goals. In therapy, she takes a strengths-based approach while using various therapeutic treatment modalities. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, among others. Bridget is an advocate for social justice and equality, providing culturally sensitive treatment through an intersectional lens.

During her time off, Bridget likes to paint, write, explore the outdoors and cozy up with a good book.
