Chantelle began providing therapy at Sea Mar’s medical office on Delaware Lane in April 2018.
Prior to this, she worked at an outpatient mental health center in Longview, WA for over nine years. While there she gained experience in many areas, such as working in the Child and Family program, providing therapy to elementary students in various local schools and working in the adult program by providing therapy and intake assessments.
Chantelle graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii in 2005. She then moved to Oregon to attend George Fox University and graduated with her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009. Soon after she became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Provider, and Child Mental Health Specialist.
Chantelle has a passion to assist individuals to heal from their past trauma. She’s completed a two part training in EMDR by the EMDR Institute. She also uses techniques from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused to assist individuals to be their best self.
During her free time, Chantelle also enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, swimming, scrapbooking, and reading.
