Eric joined the Sea Mar Bellingham Behavioral Health clinic in October of 2019. Before practicing at Sea Mar, he worked at the Leo A. Hoffmann Center in St. Peter, MN, serving adolescent males with a history sexually inappropriate behavior in a therapeutic residential setting. Eric completed his undergraduate work in Psychology and Sociology at Minnesota State University-Mankato (MNSU). He then began working towards a Master of Arts degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology at MNSU, and finally completing his education with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at MNSU in 2015.

Eric's professional interests include working around trauma, life transitions, gender and sexuality, as well as performance related concerns.

Eric moved to Washington State from southern Minnesota in search of a gateway to the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities the area has to offer. He enjoys hiking, road cycling, sailing, and playing tennis.
