In March 2011, Jampa began working at Sea Mar CHC in Monroe Behavioral Health Clinic and transfer to Lynnwood site in June 2017. Prior to joining Sea Mar, Jampa has worked as Mental Health Therapist/Case Manager for individual, child and family at Compass Health; and worked with Snohomish County Triage Center as crisis responder/MHP.
Jampa uses Evidenced Based Practices such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Family systems, Motivational interviewing, and Solution-focused therapy, Narrative and/or Person-Centered approaches including strength based. Jampa believes in meeting clients where they are at in their life journey. Regardless of age, she approachs each of her clients as the individual that they are and works with them collaboratively to be sure they are getting what they need out of therapy.
When not working, Jampa spends her time reading, travelling and enjoying her friends and family.
