Jane attended school in the Midwest and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sociology and a minor in Psychology.
She worked with developmentally disabled individuals in Colorado for a number of years before moving to the Pacific Northwest.
Jane joined the Army and spent 23 years in service. As a veteran, Jane worked in civil service as a drug and alcohol counselor for 15 years before switching to family advocacy, working in the prevention of domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault.
Jane received her Master of Arts Degree in Psychology emphasizing in Marriage & Family in 2011. She retired thend decided to go back to work, and has been a Mental Health Therapist at Sea Mar since 2016. Jane is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who works with adult patients experiencing many mental health challenges. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy along with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) when treating patients.
