
Jasmine Silverio, MSW, AAC began working for Seamar's Behavioral Health clinic in Kent in May of 2017. Before practicing at Seamar, Jasmine received her MSW degree in 2012 from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, City University of New York. Prior to this she obtained a B.A. in Child Psychology with a minor in biology from Bay Path University.
Jasmine was inducted into Psi Chi, the National Honors Society of Psychology in 2005. She was also awarded the President's Scholarship in her undergraduate studies. Jasmine is dedicated to working with the Latino Community and providing caring support from a strengths-based perspective.
Jasmine is a proponent of holistic health and incorporates this into her clinical practice. She has worked with inner city youth in New York City teaching Garden Education/Urban Farming and Nature Therapy.
Some of Jasmine's hobbies include cooking, hiking, reading, camping, bike riding, and animal advocacy.
