​ ​Jennifer Carli began practicing as a mental health therapist at Sea Mar's Behavioral Health Clinic in Monroe in 2017. Before practicing at Sea Mar Jennifer completed undergraduate work at Central Washington University. She then earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in Kirkland.

While attending graduate school Jennifer worked as a mental health case manager/therapist intern at Sunrise Services. She also worked as a mental health tech at the Snohomish County Triage Center providing crisis management to acutely mentally ill.

In her free time Jennifer enjoys road trips, camping, and spending time with her dogs and her family
