Specialty: I have a master’s degrees in addiction counseling and extensive experience working youth and adults with trauma, PTSD, severe mental illnesses, depression, and substance use disorders. Evidenced Based Interventions: With a background in both psychiatric and substance use disorder inpatient facilities, I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Suicidality intervention, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy (SF), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Addiction Counseling to support individuals on their healing journey.

About Myself: I am a Longview and Kelso native who has seen the impacts of trauma on families and the community. I have a passion for providing therapy and I also manage the facility. My experiences have helped me develop the empathy needed to connect with my patients no matter where they are in your recovery journey.
