Julia Lugo is the bilingual SUD Clinical Supervisor for Monroe and has worked in the SUD field for over 15 years. Before working at Sea Mar, she started her career in Eastern Washington at a nonprofit organization. She has experience working in multiple organizations such as; outpatient, Pregnant and Parenting Women (PPW), long term residential program. She has also worked in the prison system as an SUD counselor and in a private setting as the Family Treatment Court counselor.
