Kim joined Sea Mar Behavioral Health in June 2024. Previously she worked at Compass Health and Northwest Youth Services in Bellingham Washington. Kim’s journey to counseling started when she was getting her Bachelors degree in Human services and saw the need that people had. Kim then went to Western to obtain her Masters degree in Rehabilitation counseling.

Kim’s passions are to work with kids and help them identify and process mental health struggles early on so it can have less of an impact on life when they move into adulthood. Outside of work Kim enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and being in nature.
