Mallory Rigby began practicing mental health counseling in 2015 and has been with Sea Mar since early 2019. In 2023, she became the clinical supervisor at the Lynnwood Behavioral Health clinic. Before practicing at Sea Mar, Mallory completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and then earned a Master’s in Counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.

She specializes in helping heal from trauma with experience working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, building of social/communication skills, building healthy & effective boundaries and rewarding relationships. She especially enjoys working with the neurodivergent population, particularly those with ADHD and Autism.

Mallory is trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT and grief counseling. She utilizes those modalities plus Motivational Interviewing techniques as well as Solution Focused Therapy.

Mallory is a lifelong resident of Snohomish County, having attended all of grade school with the Mukilteo School District. When she is not assisting the clinic and working with clients, she spends time with her husband and 2 dogs, enjoying nature and engaging in music related pursuits. She is also a big nerd and can often be found digesting a new fantasy novel, catching the latest Sci-fi film or spreading laughter through memes.
