Maria recently transitioned into the role of Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Health Everett and Clincial Supervisor role (temporary) at Monroe. She begain working at SeaMar Lynnwood Behavioral Health in November 2020 as a Behavioral Health Clinician. Prior to rejoining SeaMar, she worked at Naval Station Everett at the Psychological Health Outreach Program for Bureau of Medicine; Smokey Point Behavioral Health Hospital (inpatient/outpatient); and her own private practice. Maria worked for SeaMar April 2014; after completing her coursework for Substance Use Disorder Professional. Maria worked in the Substance Use program and then moved into the Mental Health department. Maria uses evidence based practices including ACT, CBT, DBT,MI. Maria is a military veteran retiree (U.S. Navy) and enjoys working with the military population. When not working she enjoys painting; photography; gardening; and hiking.
