​Raymond Gates started his career as a chemical dependency Professional in the state of Washington working with teens and adults in King County in 2013. Raymond decided to join the organization here at Sea Mar Adult Treatment Center of Tacoma March 2015. Raymond completed his AAS at Highline Community College and holds certificates in Family Support Specialist and Human Services. Raymond loves to advocate for the homeless population who struggles with addiction issues. Raymond also has the skills to point them in the right direction towards Intensive Outpatient services, employment, and giving them relapse prevention strategies to lead productive lives.
