Redempta Mwikya is a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Registered Nurse (RN-BSN) and is currently seeking completion of her Master of Science in Nursing Degree at Walden University for July 2024.

Redempta is dedicated to developing collaborative relationships with her clients. Her approach is integrative and reconciles the client's goals with effective therapeutic treatment options. Redempta treats clients with respect and partners with them, and their families, to create a personalized, comprehensive, and sustainable treatment plan that strives to improve their quality of life.

Grounded in evidence-based practice, Redempta's current practice specializes in the treatment of Mood, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity, Psychosis, and Adjustment Disorders. Redempta has experience providing psychiatric services across all ages, and in a variety of settings, including outpatient behavioral health, and inpatient treatment facilities.

The primary services provided by Redempta at Sea Mar Community Health Centers include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, as well as the utilization of non-pharmacological strategies and interventions.
