Rivers began working at Sea Mar in October of 2019. In March 2020, she was promoted to Program Manager at the Puyallup Behavioral Health Clinic. Prior to coming to Sea Mar, Rivers' career focused on the administration of psychiatric facilities and outpatient care.
Her role as Behavioral Health Program Manager includes responsibility for the daily management of outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services according to Sea Mar Policies and Procedures, as well as expectations dictated by Joint Commission and Washington State's RCW and WAC regulations.
Rivers enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, genealogy work and silversmithing.
