
Sarah Falkowitz is a Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical Therapist. She earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University, Pennsylvania, and her first Masters degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Radford University, in Radford, Virginia. Sarah recently completed a second Masters degree in Social Work at Widener University, located in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Sarah has worked in a clinical role for the past four-and-a-half years. While living in East Tennessee, Sarah worked in a therapeutic foster care program providing therapy to foster children and families in their homes.
Sarah has several years of helping reduce the effects of trauma for these children and adolescents, and is trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and certified in CBT+.
Sarah started her career at Sea Mar as a Child Mental Health Therapist with Sea Mar Child & Family in Bellevue, WA, and has helped children, adolescents, and families address a variety of mental health challenges successfully both in the clinic and in schools. In October 2023, Sarah became the Clinical Supervisor at the Kent Behavioral Health clinic, and has continued her work with children, adolescents, and families, as well as expanding her practice to providing therapy to adults as well.
