Sarah Margolis has been practicing therapy at Sea Mar since 2015. Before practicing at Sea Mar, Sarah completed her undergraduate work at Carleton College in 2000. She then earned a Master's degree in counseling with an art therapy specialization from Antioch University Seattle in 2015.
Sarah provides in-person and virtual behavioral health services in a variety of Sea Mar settings, including White Center Behavioral Health, Cannon House assisted living facility, and the Geropsych inpatient mental health program. Some areas of clinical focus include mindfulness as a tool for healing and working with older adults.
She volunteers with several local organizations, and maintains a leadership role at one of them. She has created mindfulness-inspired installation art for a retreat center in Olympia, WA. In her free time, she enjoys doing visual journaling, taking walks in nature, going camping, spending time with friends, and staying connected with family.
