Theodore received his Washington state license while pursuing his Associates Degree in Applied Science Human Services at Tacoma Community College in 2012015. He obtained his Bachelors of Liberal Art with an emphasis in Sociology at Evergreen State College in Tacoma, Washington in 2019.

Theodore has been a Substance Use Disorder Professional in different Treatment approaches. Adolescent Recovery, Medicated assisted Treatment Care. He has been a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Sea Mar In patient Tacoma since March 2020 as a counselor; Theodore provides assessment, counseling and substance use education to adults. He utilizes motivational interviewing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused techniques, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy.

Theodore is a lifelong resident of Pierce County and has a passion to help people in his community in many different areas from homelessness, Domestic violence and Substance abuse and in equality.

Theodore's goal to continue to serve his community and be a beacon of hope for those who are experiencing Life challenges.
