Dr. Queen Wahiwe is a board certified family medicine physician who treats all ages. She is originally from Nigeria but grew up in the southeast (Georgia). She received her medical doctorate degree at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia in 2010 and completed her residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte North Carolina in 2013.
Dr. Wahiwe has been serving the underserved community for over a decade. Her passion is helping communities with limited resources and limited access to healthcare. Her other passion is medical missions. She has taken part in several short term missions trips overseas, providing medical aid to those in great need. Her experiences overseas have primarily been with the African and Hispanic communities; she also speaks Spanish.
Dr. Wahiwe is passionate about holistic care; she believes in order to be healthy, one must pay attention to all aspects of health- spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and being outdoors.
Dr. Wahiwe recently got married, so she is also enjoying being a new wife to her sweet husband.
