Dr. Mena began working at Sea Mar's Everett Medical Clinic in January 2019.
She completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Santa Clara University in California, earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Washington and completed her training at the Swedish at Cherry Hill Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Mena believes in being an advocate for underserved populations.
She previously worked at Sea Mar Seattle Medical Clinic while she was in her Family Medicine Program and has worked in various Community Health Care Clinics in the Seattle area as well as in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. Mena is bilingual and bicultural. She was born in Mexico and raised in California. She believes in providing culturally appropriate care to all patients and has a strong interest in promoting women's health care and care for pediatric patients.
In her free time, Dr. Mena enjoys spending time with her 3 children and husband. They enjoy travelling and exposing their children to various cultures and parts of the world. She also enjoys cooking, reading and taking her children to all their various activities.
