Dr. Kubiniec was in Ob/Gyn private practice for 17 years before joining Seamar Vancouver Women's Health Center as a Clinic Director in 2014.
He is a Board Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist with privileges for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including robotics, hysteroscopy, mid-urethral slings for urinary incontinence and pelvic floor floor repair procedures at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
He supports a collaborative practice model that includes Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Medicine with Obstetrics providers and has stopped counting deliveries after passing 2,000 several years ago.

Dr. Kubiniec's patients include persons pursuing gender-affirming hormonal and surgical care. He collaborates with numerous like-minded colleagues in Urology/Plastic & Reconstructive Medicine and Colorectal Surgeons in the Portland Metropolitan area.
