Sea Mar accepts most insurances including Medicaid and provides services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. When insurance is not available, Sea Mar offers a sliding fee scale discount, determined by household size and income. Sea Mar has staff available to assist patients and clients with insurance enrollment, as applicable.

Sea Mar's Vancouver Delaware Behavioral Health Center has been providing behavioral health services to children, youth, and adults in Clark County since 2016.
The Vancouver site is state-licensed as a community mental-health agency.
We meet all requirements for court-mandated services, and are fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
Our providers use multidisciplinary practices to develop and maintain individualized treatment goals for each client.
Our well-trained professional team consists of mental health therapists, chemical dependency counselors, psychiatric advanced registered nurse practitioners and psychiatrists.
Patients are encouraged to have their families and members of their social support system participate in treatment.
