Sea Mar accepts most insurances including Medicaid and provides services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. When insurance is not available, Sea Mar offers a sliding fee scale discount, determined by household size and income. Sea Mar has staff available to assist patients and clients with insurance enrollment, as applicable.

Welcome to Sea Mar CHC Federal Behavioral Health Center.
Sea Mar’s Federal Way Behavioral Health Clinic is the newest addition in King County. Our site is a state-licensed community mental-health agency. We meet all requirements for court-mandated services, and we are fully accredited by The Joint Commission, a non-profit organization that accredits more than 19,000 health-care organizations and programs in the United States.
We provide mental-health services to children, youth and adults. Our well-trained professional team consists of mental-health therapists, psychiatrists, and advanced registered nurse practitioners. Patients are encouraged to have their families and members of their social support system participate in treatment.
Our providers speak multiple languages and we take pride in communicating with and meeting the needs of King County’s diverse populations. Our staff members have received intense training on evidence-based practices to ensure that we provide the best tools to our patients lead healthy lives.
