Welcome to Sea Mar’s Community Care Center. We have been serving South Park and the larger Seattle community since 1994. We are a licensed skilled-nursing facility providing 24-hour supervised nursing care, personal care, therapy, nutrition management, organized activities, social services, room, board, and laundry. Care Center residents range from age 20 to more than 100 years young!
Our providers and staff speak multiple languages and we take pride in communicating with and meeting the needs of King County’s diverse populations. We specialize in providing culturally competent services, and our staff has received in-depth training on evidence-based practices to maximize each resident’s physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual needs in a safe and supportive environment.
The Care Center offers a specialized Alzheimer’s living center that is safe, secure, and promotes independence in a dignified way. Sea Mar’s Child Development Center is located on the same campus as the Care Center, which allows for valuable intergenerational connection and activities between residents and CDC’s preschoolers.
Whether residents come to the Care Center for short-term respite, long-term rehabilitation, or hospice stay, we are here to assist residents with their daily needs and improve their quality of life, and to support their loved ones.
