Nutrition Outreach Program


Sea Mar’s Latino Senior Nutrition & Outreach Program has been serving the community since 1988, and today serves more than 200 seniors each year. We provide healthy and fun activities for seniors age 60+ at various senior centers in King County. Our goal is to help seniors enjoy nutritious meals and benefit from health education opportunities so they can live better lives both physically and emotionally.
